Processing Times

All orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure delivery can take place within the selected time frames. As we are using 3rd party suppliers, this means that from time to times, delays can be expected. Please be mindful of busy times (black Friday cyber Monday, public holidays and weekends as these do effect delivery times. Please feel free to reach out to us on info@miesetc.com if you are unsure if delivery dates/times, so we can get the support directly from the courier. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You have options depending on the location you enter. We aim to stick to those stipulated delivery days, but please understand that from time to time, delays can be expected. International orders need to be processed manually and this takes additional time. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@miesetc.com.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund, where applicable. Please make sure to take images upon arrival which you need to share with us.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

Ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.
