Important to know 

MIES is based in Somerset West and we have only two staff members ensuring everything is handmade by ourselves. We make small batches at a time to ensure perfection! By buying a MIES product you help these ladies to support their families. Thank you!

All MIES products are HANDMADE from NATURAL ingredients. It is made with passion, love, inspiration and drive and hopes to inspire you when smelling the wonderful aromas. The Bubble Tub and Hand & Body wash is an outsourced product because it is so divine, we did not even want to try to duplicate it! But we still package it ourselves.

Anchor shop:

An Anchor shop is a specially selected shop what stocks the full range of MIES body products, and can include kimono gowns and possibly other limited edition products of MIES body products.

Returns and Exchanging

We hope that all of our customers are happy and satisfied with purchases made at MIES etc.  However, if you have received any of our products that you are unhappy with, please contact us on info@miesetc.com within 2 weeks after receiving your products and we will offer you credit of the same priced item in our online store.  Please note that product chosen must be of the same value and does not include delivery costs.

All products are returnable, excluding:

  • Products bought on a MIES sale

  • Products bought from another MIES stockist (not our online shop)

All products returned must be unused and sent back the way it was delivered.  We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period which is 2 weeks after receipt of products.  Please return products wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.  

If there is uncertainty on how to open up a product, please contact us on info@miesetc.com or pop us a message on facebook so that we can explain.  If the packaging of the product is damaged due to a person not knowing how to open up a product, we will not be able to take this product back.

All postage costs of returning items will be the buyer's responsibility.  Using registered mail to return items are recommended, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.

Local Orders

The Courier Guy is the courier service we make use of for all our deliveries locally. 

Once your products have been sent you will receive an email with the tracking number. Our deliveries usually take between 3-5 days for delivery.

Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order, and the options available to you will be displayed at checkout.

  • Cape Town Delivery: R80 (1-10kg)
  • Cape Town Delivery: R125 (11-15kg)
  • Nationwide courier: R125 (up to 15kg)
  • Nationwide & Cape Town delivery: R185 (15-20kg)
  • Nationwide Wholesale Heavy Weight Shipping: R290 (20-40kg)

We now also offer shipping via Pargo, where you can choose a pick up point closest to you!

  • Nationwide: R65 (0-5kg)
  • Nationwide: R105 (5-10kg)

Payment Options

MIES body products accept payment with PayFast and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Please visit the PayFast website for more information.  Note that an additional service fee of up to 5% is charged by these payment gateways.

We now also offer payment via PayJustNow which gives you the option to pay in 3 easy instalments at no extra cost to you!

Loyalty Program

  • For every R100 that you spend on an order, we give you 1 point. 
  • You have the option to convert your points to the following vouchers:
    • 100 points for R50 voucher
    • 150 points for R100 voucher
  • You are welcome to save up for a bigger voucher redemption.
  • When redeeming your voucher, it can be used on your next order.
  • During your birthday month we gift you with 100 points! Please remember to register your birthday using the following steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on the Rewards tab at the bottom right corner and navigate to account.

3.  On the Account tab click on "Add not to get your birthday bonus points" 

4.  You will be prompted to add your birthday:

 

Members who match all of the following criteria will receive Birthday Bonus:

  • Members who have an Active status in your loyalty program i.e. Customers who created their store account and not suspended / excluded / withdrawn from the loyalty program.
  • Have at least one qualifying order completed 30 days before the 1st of their birthday month. A qualifying order is an order that has reached the point earning status according to your loyalty program setting and not cancelled/fully refunded. 
  • With Birthday month filled in on the Loyalty Overlay after signing in.
