We hope that all of our customers are happy and satisfied with purchases made at MIES etc. However, if you have received any of our products that you are unhappy with, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks after receiving your products and we will offer you credit of the same priced item in our online store. Please note that product chosen must be of the same value and does not include delivery costs.

Products bought from another MIES stockist (not our online shop)
All products returned must be unused and sent back the way it was delivered. We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period which is 2 weeks after receipt of products. Please return products wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.
If there is uncertainty on how to open up a product, please contact us on email@example.com or pop us a message on facebook so that we can explain. If the packaging of the product is damaged due to a person not knowing how to open up a product, we will not be able to take this product back.
All postage costs of returning items will be the buyer's responsibility. Using registered mail to return items are recommended, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
